Meet the founder

I’m Karla Nicosia, an entrepreneur with a knack for making events unforgettable. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in international business administration, I juggle my roles as a proud mom, a happily married woman, and a dedicated dog parent to Archie, who’s an essential part of our family.

My journey in entrepreneurship began early on, hosting events for friends and family since I was seven years old. Now, fluent in both Spanish and English, I’ve reignited my passion for event planning and decorations here in the United States. I thrive on creating captivating atmospheres with stunning balloon arrangements and exquisite flower displays.

Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring the great outdoors, jet-setting to new destinations, and dreaming big.

One of my biggest dreams? Owning a ranch where I can raise horses and host unforgettable events. With boundless energy and creativity, I’m always excited to see where the journey takes me next.

We celebrated the party at UrbanAir and we only had two hours for the celebration. Karla came ahead of time, professionally communicated with the venue staff to make everything easier for us and decorated in less than an hour.
